I thought I only had 2 long seams to sew, but it took me about 3 hours to get this quilt top finished. I had to rip out almost every seam in the final row and resew them all. Somehow I had the blocks turned every which way. I must have been sleeping when I put this row together! But it is finally done.
I'm happy with how it turned out. I knew I didn't want to use white for the background, and vacillated between using light blue or green. I chose the green, and I hope the recipients like it!

Oh, that's a lot of unpicking of seams. A most fabulous quilt, Laura. The choice of the green fabric background is a most excellent choice.
Nice quilt. I'm sure they will like it. NO fun having to rip out stuff you've already stitched.
It’s a great quilt and I love the green! Congrats on the finished top. 👏
Your quilt top is absolutely beautiful! I love the colors and the flow of the pattern.
Wow! That's a beautiful quilt top. The background is perfect for the brights and the pattern is awesome. Congrats on the finish.
This is truly On the Bright Side and sure to be a happy part of the home where it is going! I just love the design!
What a lovely quilt! The green is perfect; so much more interesting than white or cream.
What a beautiful quilt!
