Denise Zapf did the longarming on this one, We talked about custom quilting, but settled on a pantograph, I chose a wide back peppered cotton for the back. It is very soft! I was going to give this quilt to my sister-in-law, but before I could mention that to my husband, he said that this quilt isn't his favorite. He likes more complex piecing. So I'll hang on to this one for a while and make something else for his sister. I am sure that someone will need a quilt soon, and I'll have this one ready then.
Yesterday, I gave Shaggy OBW to my neighbor who is battling colon cancer.

Just cuz hubby didn't like it, doesn't mean his sister won't like it. I think it's a great quilt. Modern in style. I know your neighbor appreciates their new quilt, during this difficult time.
I think you should show it to your SIL. Even though your DH isn't fond of it, she may LOVE it. I know I do!!!
