Stash Report, Border Adoption

I sent my unused Carolina Christmas border to Joy this week, so I have some yardage used to report. I also took my Easy Street top to the longarmer.  It should be done in 3-4 weeks.  I wasn't crazy about this top just after I finished piecing it, but it is growing on me.  I already counted the fabric in the top as used way back in 2013, but the backing was all from my stash too, and that hasn't been counted yet.

If I can stay out of the quilt shops, I'll be in net used territory soon.

Used This Week: 1  yards
Used Year to Date: 21.75 yards
Added this week:  0
yards
Added year to date: 23 yards
 Net added:1.25  yards

I think your Easy Street top is gorgeous! One of the prettier ones I've seen. When you count the backing, you'll be in the black!

I like the use of the more muted greens in your easy street. My colors were a little "loud" as my husband likes to say.

I like your Easy Street, it has a citrus look to it, reminds me of summer and warm breezes.

Your Easy Street is lovely. I like it because it is not like everyone elses' (mine included). Now if only I could get my backing pieced and it all quilted, I too could add more usage. You are inspiring me to try to get it done.!

As the proud "mother" of your adopted borders...Thank you, again!! (One less thing that I will have to sew on my own Carolina Christmas quilt = Joy is a happy girl.)
