Metro Rings

I started Metro Rings about a year and a half ago when I was playing with my Quick Curve Ruler.  I wouldn't say this quilt was exactly a failure, but I am not happy with my piecing on this one.  I did my best, but there are lots of places where my points don't line up.  There are also some very thick intersections.  The pattern called for two more rows, but I was ready to stop.  I think I could benefit from some lessons on how to use this ruler.

It is 57"x 57".  I think I will donate this top.

The Quick Curve Ruler looks as if it is a great tool to have. I enlarged your photo and I think this quilt is a fabulous pattern. Don't you hate it when points don't line up. I find it very annoying. I think your quilt is fabulous, Laura. It looks like a tricky pattern to me.

It looks good in the photo. Maybe you are being too hard on yourself. If you do donate it, someone will love it anyway.

The quilt looks great and put it down to learning.

Maybe there are instructions on YouTube. I have a few rulers that I need instructions for, too.
