One Monthly Goal, July

I finished my July goal: I  completed another Focus top.

I chose bright fabrics for this quilt, which right now has no intended recipient.  I will probably give it to the next one of my sisters who has a health crisis.  Or maybe to my SIL who will be having her knee replaced soon.

This is a fairly quick quilt, but it has a lot of HSTs.  My advice would be to use busy fabrics. That way, if your points don't all match, no one can really tell.

That's good advice, I hadn't looked at it that way before. Beautiful quilt top!

it's a really fun quilt. I really like the effect in the middle of the quilt.

I like the way the bright colors blend and then diffuse.
