I finished my Mod Bear Paw Top according to the pattern, but I think I'm going to add borders. I may also add some paw prints up the back if I have enough leftover fabric. This is a baby sized quilt right now (39 x 47) .
I really enjoyed constructing this quilt. I had been dreading the big bear blocks, but they went together quickly. Making the HSTs took a while, but this wasn't a difficult quilt, and Lorna's instructions are very good.

Congrats on finishing your top! Bear paw blocks have always been one of my favorites and yours look great. I love that you used a dark background--the blocks really pop.
Glad to hear that about the mod bear paw pattern. I have this on my soon to do list, collected lots of browns. I was worried about the parts with the bear. This is an awesome design and I just cant pass it up.
I have a long way to go on mine. I haven't even started the bear blocks, just the bear paw blocks.
It looks great! I love how your continued the center piece blocks through the bear.
Very fun and very cute!
