It just needs a white inner border and then the blue outer border. I like this quilts, but I like the color riot you get with scrap quilts better. This quilt is going to be pretty but a little boring. The prints are fun: seahorses, shells, crabs, anchors, sailboats, and lighthouses. My husband thinks this quilt looks masculine because there are no flowers in it.

I don't think it's boring at all. I think it's beautiful! Blue and white is my favorite color combination, so I am really drawn to this. Love the block pattern!
